1) please check the diary to ensure the date is available first. (Allow five days after hair is ordered for fast track and eight days for non-fast track)
fast track
example 1: Hair is purchased on the 18th Monday, Jan appointment should be booked on or after the 23rd Saturday, Jan.
example 2: Hair is purchased on Friday, 22nd Jan appointment should be booked on or after 29th Friday, Jan
non-fast track service
example 3: Hair is purchased on the 18th Monday, Jan appointment should be booked on or after 26th, the following Tuesday, Jan.
Example 4: Hair is purchased on Friday, 22nd Jan appointment should be booked on or after 1st Mon February

It's not a must that you buy our hair for your wig customisation. But we strongly recommend you do as we are confident of our hair quality. Knot bleaching, plucking and lace tinting would be done only if a fitting service is selected and the closure or frontal is purchased from Virgolocks.
