Braiding Booking Policy

1. Supervision of Children: We maintain a strict policy concerning children in our work area. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in our environment nor can we accommodate unsupervised children.

2. Privacy and Invitation: These are private sessions and as such, we kindly request you not to bring any additional person with you to your appointment. We aim to provide a relaxed and calm experience for you and the inclusion of additional guests can potentially interfere with this.

3. Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and as a courtesy to all our clients, we aim to always operate to schedule. However, should you arrive late, your service may have to be cut short or rescheduled, but full payment for the booked session will still be required. If we haven't heard from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we may cancel the booking and no refund will be issued.

  1. Cancellation By Staff Policy: If for any reason a member of our team needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a complete refund or the opportunity to reschedule, based completely on your preference.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by you at least 24 hours prior your appointment time. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, inability to cooperate with our terms and conditions, or dissatisfaction with style choice or outcome. However, we always endeavour to accommodate you with the best possible outcome in special circumstances.

5. Special Circumstances: While we intend to uphold these conditions, we do acknowledge that special circumstances may arise and we promise to accommodate these on a case by case basis where we can.

By making a booking, you are agreeing to abide by these terms & conditions. We reserve the rights to amend these terms & conditions at any time.
